This zine part memoir, part resource, part workbook exploring grief.  I talk about what its been like learning to survive, cope and thrive through my grief processes. I share stories about complex grief that i've held inside my body for years (decades, lifetimes, generatons) and also about my processes of figuring out how to move through grief. I share some expressive Arts Therapy prompts for folks to work though their own journies with grief.
